1. Flowly Services
Flowly (the "Service") is an online financial document management platform operated by Flowly ("we", "us", "our") through www.flowly-hub.com for freelancers and small businesses in Thailand.
Our service includes:
- Creating quotations, invoices, receipts, and tax invoices
- Managing customers and products or services
- Tracking income and expenses
- Providing tax reports and estimated filing summaries
- Exporting PDF and CSV files
- Supporting VAT and withholding tax workflows
2. User Accounts
Users must register with accurate information and are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure. We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
3. Plans and Payments
Flowly offers three plans: Free, Pro (THB 199 per 30 days), and Pro+ (THB 349 per 30 days). Payments are processed through Omise and may support credit or debit cards, PromptPay, TrueMoney, Rabbit LINE Pay, and GrabPay.
Downgrades are not available. When a paid plan expires, the account returns to the Free plan automatically. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated based on the remaining days in the current period.
- Free: 15 documents per 30 days, 1 workspace, 1 PDF template
- Pro: Unlimited documents, 3 workspaces, all templates, invite up to 2 members
- Pro+: Unlimited usage, tax filing reports, invite up to 5 members
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for:
- Illegal or fraudulent activity
- Issuing false documents
- Attacking or disrupting the platform
- Sharing account access with unauthorized people
5. Data Ownership
Data created by users, including documents, customers, and products, remains the property of the user. We do not claim ownership of user data, and export features are available so users can retrieve their information.
6. Disclaimer
Flowly is a document management tool, not an accounting or tax advisory service. Tax calculations are estimates only. Users should consult a qualified professional before filing and must review all generated information before relying on it.
7. Account Cancellation
Users may stop using the service at any time. Data is retained for 90 days after inactivity and may then be permanently removed from the system.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we will notify users by email or through an in-app notice before the changes take effect.
