Frequently asked questions
Does Flowly generate the QR from the invoice total?
Yes. Flowly uses the net amount on the invoice to generate a scannable PromptPay QR.
What if the client transfers the wrong amount?
Check your bank as usual. Mark the invoice paid only when the received amount is correct.
Can I use this after a quotation is approved?
Yes. Convert the quotation into an invoice, then send the PDF with the QR.
